Felice: Writing out a new To Do list. Seeing the tasks I’ve already crossed out makes me feel accomplished, while writing out new goals inspires me. A To Do list also adds structure to my day and frees up mental space I’d otherwise spend trying to remember all that I need to do. Best of all, these lists capture life’s moments.<br />

Felice::編寫待辦事項清單。眼看任務完成並劃掉帶給我成就感,而寫新的清單意味著訂下新目標激勵著我。待辦事項清單令我的生活有系統,對頭腦是種釋放,不然我要花心力記住需要做的事。最重要的是這清單捕捉生活中的精彩瞬間。<br />

What’s something you know now about forming healthy habits that you didn’t know when you were 18 years old?<br />
Healthy habits are cumulative.<br />
對於健康生活習慣,有什麼是現在的你才知道,而18歲時是茫然不知的?<br />
健康的生活習慣是累積的。<br />

Which habits are most important to you? (for health, for creativity, for productivity, for leisure, etc.)<br />
Exercise.<br />
Many people ask how I find the time. Simple. I don’t have a lot of stuff and I’m organized and efficient with my time. When you spend less time looking for stuff, cleaning stuff or working to pay off stuff, you’ll find you have a lot more time to do the things you love.<br />
I also make my bed first thing every morning. It sets a productive intention to the day.<br />
哪些習慣是對你最重要?(健康、創造力、生產力、休閒等)<br />
鍛練身體。<br />
很多人問我如何騰出時間做運動,簡單!我沒有太多身外物,我對自己的時間管理有條理重效率。當你不用花太多時間去尋找東西放哪裡、幫它們洗白白、為了想維護它們而要努力工作時,你會發現自己有更多時間做自己喜歡的事情。<br />
整理床舖是我每早醒來所做的第一件事,提醒自己當天要有所為而為。<br />

Do you embrace habits or resist them?<br />
Embrace. Habits to me signify change and change represents new possibilities.<br />
We get attached to things and don’t think we’ll be able to live without it.<br />
Just like it’s not easy to lose weight, it’s not easy for people to let go of their past. Once I explain getting rid of stuff does not mean they’re forgetting their past, but making room for their future with new experiences, they’re more able to part with things they no longer have use for but are keeping out of habit.<br />
對於習慣,你是接納或抗拒?<br />
接納。習慣對我來說是變化,變化代表了新的可能性。我們對事情執著,並以為自己沒了它們就活不下去。正如減肥不容易,人們對自己的過去也不容易放手。有一次我向人們解釋擺脫舊東西並不意味著他們會忘記過去,然而,為未來騰出空間卻可以發掘全新體驗,這讓他們比較容易跟已經沒用但因為習慣而保留下來的舊東西說再見。<br />

<span style="font-size: large;"><span style="background-color: white; color: #141823; font-family: "helvetica" , "arial" , sans-serif; line-height: 19.32px;">天晴的週日恰好是春分,自駕遊去與Lake Garda湖水貫通的Borghetto((Valeggio sul Mincio)</span>,這由Mincio河流過的小鎮上雖已沒民居,<wbr></wbr>而是餐廳B&B進駐,尚幸仍古色古香,<wbr></wbr>當然也因為意國法例規定由歷史建築群構成的城鄉整體容貌並非使用<wbr></wbr>者許可更改的(裡面則可),故儘管遊人很多,<wbr></wbr>閒逛期間仍十分自在。</span></div>

<span style="font-size: large;">大概也因進入三月北意大利開始不那麼冷,<wbr></wbr>除了我們這些駕車前來的遊人,還有騎單車和機車的遊客,<wbr></wbr>一身標準專業的騎車服可不是為show -off,因此十分可觀,這可是衷心讚賞,尤其後者,<wbr></wbr>因為他們都身穿有型的皮革服裝,當中不乏中、<wbr></wbr>老年兼身形和造型均有型的男女鐵騎士。</span></div>

來到近一星期,今天才叫完整地參觀過姨甥仔baby Atos的太嫲所居住的逾三百年歷史的房子(是每晚來吃飯,但要看遍整幢房子宜穿夠衣服因並非每處的暖爐都長開啓),兩層高另有閣樓(目前空置擺放馬車的車架--很大很長的下次放相出來),內有三十多個房間每一間都像室內設計或建築雜誌般風格古典優雅很喜歡那些木家具,讓我大開眼界和讚嘆,也令我回想起好多年前為撰寫室內設計和家具裝潢專題報導而參觀了很多美麗房子,當然那些都是老遠搬到亞洲隨戶主個人品味取向重新拼湊,而這些則是原樣無留而且是真的仍在使用記錄下使用者的生活痕跡的累積,隨便都上百年歷史,若説它們只是古董那太看偏它們的實力了呢!Anyway還是得說我百分百感謝那些年在港初見這些漂洋過海的由充滿藝術感的工匠巧手製作的這些精品,啓發我對建築設計領域好奇,即使看再多的著作也必定比不上親臨現場呼吸和用五感體驗其中的氣息。<br />

心的確是需要悉心呵護,好好地修養。<br />
瑜伽式子練習用呼吸連續內心狀態與身體動作,就是為了身心聯繫所帶來的和諧平靜;一行禪師提倡的正念生活,教我們重新發現日常生活中的勞動作息,簡單如洗碗、剝開橘子皮等等,帶著正念的心專注去做,當下的喜悅成為可能。這些從身體,或身邊事物入手,進而內化的修行體系,都直指內在,培養寧靜和諧的心靈。<br />
當然,即使一般人,做著喜歡的事都會心情愉快,例如讀了一本好書令人如沐春風,做完運動、彷彿煩惱都能隨汗水流走,舒暢醒神如重新得到力量,然而能否持續,真要視乎個人內在的修為,要是內心定力不足,即使別人只是無心之失拍打了你的手背,燥底的你(不時無明火起)可能又會覺得被得罪,甚至回罵對方,之前的所謂力量都一掃而空。<br />
由此可見,從內在修養做起,方能持續。<br />

主持分享自己的閱讀經驗:不動怒,沉著而心平氣和,所謂修養就是畢生的積蓄,如存入銀行的一分一毫,積少成多。<br />

【明報專訊】記得上次手執毛筆寫書法是何時嗎?是小學或初中的課堂上吧,那是運筆要定,坐姿端正,培養專注力與耐性的練習。都說勤寫書法令人心境平靜,更有人列出歷代文人雅士歲數做對比,歸納得出兼習書法的文人較長壽的統計。最近,開發「書法治療」的創始人 ──香港大學心理學系名譽教授高尚仁回港主持工作坊,羅列科學數據分析與臨驗證,陳述練習中國書法的治療作用,從長期病患者的康復以至普羅市民的保健減壓,都有正面功效。<br />
因採訪,我也重拾久違了的毛筆,臨摹字帖,揮筆寫點、橫、撇、捺的同時,聽高尚仁談及饒富趣味的內外對比狀態。<br />
他說寫字雖是動態的行為,卻有像打坐一樣靜態的心理狀,測量所得的生理反應是放鬆平靜,這包括心跳減速,血壓下降,呼吸放緩,以及反映情緒穩定的體溫升高等。簡言之,寫書法讓人安定平和。<br />
字形結構 訓練空間分配<br />
不用食藥打針就能夠紓緩緊張情緒,試問有誰不想?高尚仁不單是心理學者,還是書法愛好者,研究了三十年,他以科學驗證書法具備治療作用——寫字讓人處於高度專注的狀態。至於源遠流長的中國文字之所以別具療效,與其獨特的字形、結構、筆畫及空間佈局等特徵有重大關係。舉例說,無論筆畫多少、結構繁簡,由左右上下各部分組合而成的每個漢字,都呈現出一個個有形或無形的獨立方框,一如將畫作加上框架,焦點就集中歸一。寫每一個字時,無形中大腦也在協調筆畫及掌握空間的分配。<br />
細心觀察可發現,部分漢字還具備方向指標。高尚仁指出,好像「巾」字筆直向下,「巨」是朝向右邊,「山」的字形往上發展。勤於練習書寫這些漢字,可讓缺乏方向感的長者,重新掌握方向敏感度。<br />
情緒控制 鍛煉專注力<br />
從最初以鋼筆及原子筆兩種工具探討書寫行為與心理關係,至一九七五年開始,高尚仁集中在毛筆書法之於治療的研究,歷經三十年的實驗測試,他證明了書法治療穩定情緒、紓緩壓力及提升專注與認知的功能基礎上,進一步將書法治療應用在四個領域,經臨驗證成果均有正面的改進﹕<br />
其一是兒童綜合多動症(注意力不足過動症,簡稱ADHD),臨驗證顯示,書法治療有助鍛煉專注力,對認知能力亦有正面影響;<br />
其二是書法練習與情緒調節,研究習字提升心理健康及注意能力,實驗對象遍及大學生、行政管理人員及非中文母語人士外,還包括高血壓患者及糖尿病患者;<br />
其三是智障兒童與癡呆症患者的認知、推理及操作能力;<br />
其四是針對精神疾病的療效分析,從分裂症、抑鬱症到兒童自閉症的情緒控制,均有改善。<br />
凹槽字帖 中風病人練手指<br />
「近期我們亦將書法治療應用在鼻咽癌患者的情緒調節,也以它作為中風病人手指操控能力的訓練。」以中風病人為例,書法治療方法亦從中文字形結構中演變。專門針對中風病人手指活動能力而特別設計的鍛煉,就是在特殊設計的膠板字帖上,整齊地排列對稱呈「八」字的凹槽,練習時用指頭順凹槽描畫對稱的撇與捺,進展到不靠「凹槽字帖」摹出「八」字,再來就是提筆鍛煉手指協調,以恢復靈活度。<br />
中國書法之於都市人有減壓和康復的療效,印證了中國傳統寶庫可待發掘的何其多!高尚仁說,書法養生源遠流長,而身為心理學家的他,正好也是書法愛好者,書法的治療作用基於這兩段姻緣之下,得以被科學地開發出來。且書法治療惠及所有人,書寫者對中文字的理解與使用的書寫工具,並無損於書法治療的正面作用,完整的書法治療系統由此面世。<br />

每當導師提示,我們好像突然間醒起身體是可以隨意願伸張活動般,便吸一口氣,挺挺胸膛,無論這時是站是坐,都感覺整個人好像高了點(此所以有些人練瑜伽不久就能感覺自己彷彿再度發育 ~~ 長高了,通常他/她們本身就是較為mind-body connected的人,對自己的身體覺知力較好),同時也因著呼吸的去舊迎新作用,覺得生氣活現。<br />
然後,不知不覺間,這抖擻的神氣便流失掉,我們再度回到平常狀態,因為這好像比較容易,這慣了的感覺是熟悉的,而且不太需要用力。</div>

也許有人說:"好累呀~ 要長期維持這狀態,要一直用力,一直記在心裡,精神會變緊張,放鬆不下的"。</div>

是的,人在地上立足行走,畢生都在與地心引力的角力之中,抵擋不住時便只能順勢而墜了。但也用不著24/7/365對抗,休息有時,鍛練有時,找到力量剛好對等平衡之處,不多也不少,重點是多些"醒起來" ─ 記得這軀體由我們操作,隨自主意願伸張活動。</div>

例如這本,一如過往,作為每天車程期間的讀物,今天剛好讀完。<br />
不想給自己太多壓力,用做筆記的心態抄下合心水的字句。(他日或許會再寫些讀後感扎記之類吧,到時才算)<br />

這是Aging gracefully的書,重點是他們並非退休後才開始思考和計劃要怎樣過日子,而是由年輕到現在一直過著自己想要的生活,碰巧來到這年頭,因著人們更長壽,該怎樣活下去漸成心頭一大關注,而這些一路走來「用自己的力量在支持著自己」(津端修一的話)的人,給我們這些後學很多的生活靈感。<br />
一對89+86=175歲的夫婦,在日本名古屋開墾菜園和植有雜木林過著自給自足的生活。<br />

2014年的秋,有雨傘運動。<br />

與其道聽途說,不如落場親眼看看實況,自己判斷。<br />
面對現狀,對局勢變化表達關注是很自然的事,即是就算正在忙著其他,也會抽一兩分鐘看看網上的報導。<br />
間或聽聞有反對聲音,論據充分,像,先違法佔據公物就是錯,影響到別人生活和生計就是不對。<br />

我,停下來,甚至沒有刻意深呼吸,我需要的只是放空一會兒。<br />
從外向返回。<br />
凝神收攝感官,這是瑜伽八支第五支,Pratyahara。<br />
觀呼吸,但不控制呼吸。<br />
除了對事情作對錯判決,能否超越它,看看現象背後的種種?<br />
不要只看表象做結論。<br />

這時,瑜伽智慧浮現出來,幫我理清思路。<br />
